PERSONAL PROFILE
Mr. Banks is a true North Carolinian. He grew up in Raleigh, NC.  He has a  BA from UNC Chapel Hill and a M.A. from North Carolina Central University.. After college football and brief pro career, Mr. Banks decided to pursue a career in education.  Over a 10 year span, he had the pleasure of working as a teacher/athletics coach at Wake Forest High School, Millbrook High School, Sanderson High School, East Chapel Hill High School and East Millbrook Middle School. 
Now, he has the pleasure of being the Assistant Principal of Holly Grove Middle School. His main goals are to establish a safe educational environment where all students can learn and grow. I look forward to daily student learning, having open communication with colleagues, students, and the community to ensure a outstanding school culture.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, friends, gym and relaxing
