STGC Safety Features Trapezoidal shape in axial plane
Trapezoidal shape in sagittal plane Anteriorly placed spikes on platforms Lateral brakes All designed to prevent intra- and post-operative injury to the spinal cord
2
STGC-CM 12 X 12 X 14 Footprint Heights Wedge shaped in the sagittal and coronal Planes to prevent over-insertion or post- operative migration into the spinal canal
3
Numerous lateral windows for vascularization and bone ingrowth.
STGC-CM 12 X 12 X 14 Footprint Numerous lateral windows for vascularization and bone ingrowth. Large anterior windows for easier and more dense packing of bone graft. Heights: 16.0, 17.75, 19.5, 21.25, 23.0, 24.75, 26.5, , 30.0, 33.5, 37.0, 40.5, 44.0

STGC- Design Considerations
Trapezoidal platform to maximize graft cross-sectional area centrally and implant end-plate contact area peripherally. Minimize the horizontal distance between the host and graft bone. Maximize the surface area exposing graft bone to the corpectomy walls. Maximize interference fit to increase rotational control

STGC – CS 10 X 10 X 12 Footprint Heights 16.0 33.5 17.75 37.0
30.0 Trapezoidal shape resists intraoperative over-insertion and post-operative retropulsion into the spinal canal
