Netique InfoTech (P) Ltd. Welcomes you for the Presentation of Netique Deckle Matcher

Present Scenario The survey of Paper Mills shown that most of the paper mills does not have any suitable software for Deckle Matching. Most of the Paper Mills do the calculations by manual methods, which results to considerable amount of Trim Loss. This Trim Loss can be minimized with a Scientific Approach in Deckle Matching Calculations. Netique Deckle Matcher (NDM)

Objective Minimize the Trim Loss by Maximize the Deckle utilization. Netique Deckle Matcher (NDM) Maximize the Customer Satisfaction.

NDM Basic Features Data is processed for confirmed orders. Netique Deckle Matcher (NDM) Supports Multiple Machines with same or different Deckle width Reel orders can be separately processed Sheet Orders can be separately processed Sheet and reel Orders can be combined and processed

NDM Basic Features Facility of fixing maximum number of circular knifes to freeze maximum number of reels to be cut. Positive Tolerance for the Demand Negative Tolerance for the Demand Netique Deckle Matcher

NDM Basic Features Netique Deckle Matcher Adaptability If you have multiple machines, you can find out which machine gives better Trim efficiency for a particular Run When a satisfactory result is not achieved with existing data, the management can add other sizes or increase their quantity to get better Trim efficiency without any fatigue or they can add some more orders with suitable size to come

NDM Basic Features Since it is a computerized process, even after releasing the cutting order and before manufacturing, it can be re- processed with some more new orders for better Trim efficiency Netique Deckle Matcher Immediate verification of Trim Loss in percentage and in Tonnage Immediate verification of unmet demands and over production for management decisions

NDM Basic Methods No Inventory Method Minimum Trim Loss Method User Defined Method Minimum Inventory Method Netique Deckle Matcher Designed to suit all the demands with out any Inventory. Otherwise Shortage of demand will be there Programmed to suit all the Demands with out any inventory otherwise with very less inventory Designed to get all the demands with Minimum trim loss but it will allow considerable Amount of inventory. Apart from the above results we can try to have some other solutions according to our decision.

NDM Reports Combination wise Tonnage report Netique Deckle Matcher Demand Vs Achieved quantity with Excess and Shortage report Analysing Reports for Different levels of losses. (Jumbo Reel Loss, Winder Loss and Cutter loss)

NDM Optional Features Calculation will be done by keeping bad spot as rejected area or covering with wider width and specifying total tonnage. Netique Deckle Matcher 2.Control over number of combination 3.Standard Bad spot problem We can control the weight of each combination Greater than or equal to Some assigned value. We can control the number of combinations in a run according to the practical condition. 1.Control over Weight per Combination

Netique Deckle Matcher 4.Edge Reels ( Long Deckle) a) Edge Reel can be fixed either on drive side or on operator side b) Edge reels can be fixed on both the sides c) Multiple sizes may be declared as edge reels d) We can assign a particular size on either side e) Minimised edge reel tonnage f) Restricting the tonnage for specified size of edge reel NDM Optional Features

Netique Deckle Matcher 5. Diameter Setting a) Fixed diameter option b) Variable diameter option NDM Optional Features

7. RC MASTER / RE-WINDER a) For single reel size, 2 corresponding RC sizes can be mentioned b) One is with trim and the other is without trim Note : While solving, the priority will be given to the original reel size than the RC sizes. 6. Standard sizes a) Multiple standard sizes can be utilized while making combination whenever necessary b) Priority and Tonnage can be mentioned for the standard sizes also NDM Optional Features

11.Control over number of sizes in a single Pattern Netique Deckle Matcher 8. Controlling Individual Sizes for demand Inventory on any odd sizes can be controlled 9. Controlling the difference between the two reel sizes Very close reel sizes can be avoided in a single combination 10. Order card is developed as per customer requirement NDM Optional Features

12. Non standard sizes will be converted to nearest standard sizes for sheet cutting (For Simplex Cutter). Netique Deckle Matcher 13. Core diameter(ID), Outer Diameter (OD) for Reels can be mentioned and sort out according while deckle matching. 14. Merging of same Grade quality Paper in a common name which can be called in different names in various branches. NDM Optional Features

Trim Loss Saving (%) : 4.61 – 3.11 = 1.58 % This data is for 15 days run for a machine (capacity of 80 TPD) Trim Loss Saving (Tons) : 55.57 – 36.89 = 18.68 Tons Trim Loss Saving (Rs.) : 18.68 x 7,000 = Rs. 1,30,760 (For 15 days Run)

Return on Investment (ROI) ROI is calculated based on a Machine which produces 2400 Tons per month(80 TPD). Value of saving is taken as Rs. 7000 / Ton as an average from various Product Mix. @ 1% increase in productivity S avings would be 24 tons / Month 24 Tons * Rs. 7,000 = Rs. 1,68,000 / Month Rs. 1,68,000 * 12 months = Rs. 20,16,000 / Year Rs 20,16,000 * 5 years = Rs. 1,00,80,000 / Machine Netique Deckle Matcher

Return on Investment (ROI) ROI is calculated based on a Machine which produces 2400 Tons per month (80 TPD).Value of saving is taken as Rs. 7000 / Ton as an average from various Product Mix. @ 0.75% increase in productivity Savings would be 18 tons / Month 18 Tons * Rs. 7,000 = Rs. 1,26,000 / Month Rs. 1,26,000 * 12 months = Rs. 15,12,000 / Year Rs 15,12,000* 5 years = Rs. 75,60,000/ Machine Netique Deckle Matcher

Return on Investment (ROI) ROI is calculated based on a Machine which produces 2400 Tons per month (80 TPD).Value of saving is taken as Rs. 7000 / Ton as an average from various Product Mix. @ 0.5% increase in productivity Savings would be 12 tons / Month 12 Tons * Rs. 7,000 = Rs. 84,000 / Month Rs. 84,000 * 12 months = Rs. 10,08,000 / Year Rs 10,08,000 * 5 years = Rs. 50,40,000/ Machine Netique Deckle Matcher
