Introduce the group Present a brief outline of the presentation and who is going to do what parts Give a very general version of recommendation.

3 Issues/Problems 3-6 minutes
Present 3 or so issues found to motivate management to read the report. (You may briefly refer to “options in the report” but this is not your emphasis)

4 Recommendations Present your recommended action program to management
What should they do NOW?
