A Place one firefighter at either end of the cover. Both firefighters place one hand on the edge of the cover
one-quarter of the way in and the other hand on the outside edge. Each firefighter should be on the
same outside edge facing each other.

3. B While grasping the cover, with a quick flipping motion, bring the outside edge to the middle.

C The firefighter’s inside hand should be at the fold. Repeat this fold again and again until the fold is at
the middle of the cover. Fold the opposite end
of the cover in the same manner.

D The cover should now be about three feet wide and ready to be rolled. The treated side is rolled inside
and the cover is ready for deployment.
