Be relational in your leadership and teaching. Model Growth Mindset.
Use coaching approaches to nurture staff, pupils and parents.
Build collaboration, Praise team effort, hard work & seeking feedback
Celebrate risk taking & learning from mistakes.
Not about being a hero leader; trouble shooter, commited to challenge and being relational in all that they do. Accept others; manage conflict well; allow teacher agency; default positive.
