B Home environment & housing conditions (type of house, whether they own the house, amenities available etc)
C Health Information : Medical history of the child
D Financial support (income, social aid)
E Parental support in education of the child (meeting with teacher)
F Health Information: Medical history of the family
G Child Conditions (attendance, interest in school, integration in the class etc)

Min of Education chairs the meeting, Min. of Gender equality and child development, Min of Social Security, Min of Health
