2018 Cub Scout Pack 130 Mini-Golf Tournament
April 21st, 2018 (Rain date April 28th)

I would like to support Morehead City Cub Scout Pack 130 by purchasing the following tournament participant package:
Entry fee (per participant) includes green fees, BBQ lunch and beverage, and participant welcome bag
Participants may use either park-provided putter or personal putter.
Participants must use park-provided golf ball.
Tournament check-in is 10am.
Tournament will be shotgun start at 11am ET.
Tournament field will be flighted in groups of 72 participants with each hole hosting one foursome.
Tournament will be capped at 144 participants, thereby having 2 flights.
One flight will compete while other flight will have lunch.
Cumulative score across the foursome is score of record.
Maximum stroke limit of 6 per hole per participant.
1st place will be awarded in 3 Divisions; Adult, Adult/Youth, Youth. Youth are 12 years of age and under.
Individual participants not registered as a team member will be paired with others to create a foursome.
Each player is to hole-out before next player on team commences play.
Ties will be decided by way of card matching (USGA Handicap System Section 9.5a iii)
