Check in by 7:45 A.M.
All staff and students are in the gym by 7:50 A.M for morning assembly.

4. Substitute Folders
Each teacher or instructional aide that you sub for will have a Substitute Folder. It includes everything you will need to know about the class along with lesson plans and schedule.
If at any point you need answers that the sub folder does not provide please seek out teachers from that grade level first.

5. Just a few FYIs Dress Code –no jeans except on Fridays
Please do not accept sub jobs from your child’s teacher.
Subs will follow normal routines, duties, and procedures.
If you have children on our campus they are expected to follow a normal day .
Teachers can not request subs.

It is a violation of privacy if school staff and/or subs talk about student(s) to other individuals outside of school.
Subs can not personally contact a parent.
If a parent needs to be contacted for any reason please let an administrator know the
situation. If necessary the administrator
will decide and call parent.

7. Safety A Substitute must wear a sub badge at all times.
Subs must never leave children unattended until another adult is responsible for them.
Escort students to other classes, recess, lunch, and dismissal.
If a sub has to leave the room please have the teacher next door watch over the class.
