Controlled buying of stocks - 3 months in advance. Selection of top 30 stores to carry 100% new launch. ISQ to be stopped for these stores 1 month in advance Train store staff on new product strategy to aid new launch at these stores VM/FSU designed for new launch in these stores. Old stocks of these stores will be moved to rest of the stores in their respected region Balance stores will have phase in phase out strategy. Complete transition to new range across all stores within 3-6 months

100% New launch on Fabindia Website. Rest of the portals like Nykaa, Myntra, 100% new launch and old stocks will continue to sell till stock last Channel Distribution Pilot run in Delhi NCR stores with distribution set up.
