Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC)
insures bank accounts
Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
monitors stock market activity
requires businesses to disclose info about operations
National Labor Relations Board (NLRB)
mediates labor disputes between unions & employers
Social Security Administration (SSA)
Collects 6.2% of everyone’s gross income
All parts of the program still in place (for now)
