1 Kim Lindinger 1978: Employee in Den Danske Bank, the largest Bank in Denmark. 1980: Foreign exchange department, Den Danske Bank. 1982: Account manager for approx.15 large Danish companies with primary focus on foreign exchange dealing. 1983: Promotion to assistant manager. 1984: Foreign Treasury Manager responsible for DKK45 bill.of the bank’s total asset as well as DKK60 bill. of the forward contract business. With 8 dealers under his management. Kim Lindinger’s 5 primary functions consisted in the management of the bank’s strategy positions. Promotion to Assistant Treasurer; Kim Lindinger is responsible for the establishment of a new department dealing currency options as well as a new department dealing in financial futures. 1985: Assistant Foreign Exchange Manager with the primary responsibility of the bank’s foreign exchange and treasury positions.The department consisted of 60 persons, of which 45 were dealers.Being promoted to Senior Vice President in Den Danske bank.After a merger of the bank’s foreign exchange department, foreign loan department and securities department, the department for currency regulations, to one unit, Kim Lindinger was responsible as Deputy Foreign Manager. The new department consisted of 120 persons, of which 60 were dealers. 1986: After a 2 months stay at the Wharton Business School and the Credit Department of Philadelphia National Bank, Kim Lindinger is promoted Deputy director in Den Danske bank at the age of 28.Nethertheless, he resigns to start up his own company, the rationale being that the currency regulations in Denmark have just been relaxed and thus made it possible for private individuals to deal in foreign exchange.Managing director of Currency Invest A/S which he established with a share capital of DKK 71 mill.The purpose of theCompany is to deal in foreign exchange. Owning 33% and being member of the board, he establishes Merchant Invest A/S which was the Administration company for Currency Invest A/S.

2 Kim Lindinger 1987: The fiscal year 1986/1987 of Currency Invest shows a yield of approx. 23% p.a. 1988: The fiscal year 1987/1988 of Currency Invest shows a yield of approx. 28%, despite the worldwide uncertainly on the stock exchanges. This trade record forms the basis for the establishment of a totally independent company. Kim Lindinger sells his shareholding in Merchant invest A/S and established Kim Lindinger A/S. Subsequently, Merchant Invest is taken over by the insurance company Baltica in 1989. 1989: in connection with the relaxation of the Swedish currency regulations, he establishes an investment company in Luxembourg,I.B. Holding SA with a share capital of SEK 10 mill. Which by the end of 1989 showed a yield of approx. 27% p.a. by dealing in foreign exchange. 1990: The share capital of I.B. Holding is being increased to DKK 23 mill. By the present shareholders. The 1990 result is a yield of approx. 26%.Through contacts from the investors of I.B. Holding, another investment company, Curbitrage SA is being established with a share capital of approx.DKK 40 mill. Return on investment 1990/1991: 23%. Established Landbruggets Prissikring A/S with the largest shareholder in Currency Invest A/S. 1991: Established Europens SA with a capital of DKK 35 mill. The shareholders being the pension funds of 3 small Danish banks. Established Leka Holding SA with a capital of DKK 17 mill. The shareholders being small Danish banks, shareholders of existing. companies and auditors. Return on investment 1991: 21%. Established Scanarb Holding SA with a capital of DKK 11,5 mill. The shareholders being small Danish banks and Swedish companies owned by swedish auditors. Return on investment 1991: 23%. Another capital increase in I.B.Holding SA by the present shareholders of DKK 11,5 mill. To DKK 34,5 mill.Return on investment 1991: 22%. Established Leka Holding II SA with a capital of DKK 21 mill. The shareholders being Swedish investors. Return on investment 1991: 29%. Established Skaninvest Ltd with a capital of DKK 10 mill. The shareholders being Danish auditors. Return on investment 1991: 24%. Established Curbitrage II SA with a capital of approx.ECU 3,2 mill.The shareholders being Swedish investors. Return on investment 1991: 26%. Established a holding company for a Danish large steel company with a capital of DKK 100 mill.( Bond trading co). Established Real Investments ltd with a share capital of DM 10 mill. The shareholder being a Swedish investor

3 Kim Lindinger 1992: Established 2 investment companies with a share capital of DKK 400 mill. The shareholder being Danish banks. Established Bolero Ltd with a capital of DKK 30 mill. The shareholders being Danish private investors. Established Holdingselskabet af 15/3-92 Aps. capital of approx. DKK 600 mill. Established CSD I/S capital of approx. DKK 750 mill. 1993: All investment companies have positive results between 7 and 25%. 1994: All investment companies have positive results except Scanarb Holding SA and Skaninvest Ltd which lost resp.6 & 9 % of capital. After the good results liquidation of all investment companies started, shareholders were repaid, and Kim Lindinger retired from active work. 1995: Established Lindinger Leasing SA, Lindinger Finance Ltd, & Lindinger Holding SA primarily for investing own funds. 1999: Established Carfin V Ltd and Carfin I Ltd investing in leasing contracts as passive investors. 2000: Return Carfin V Ltd 12% p.a. and Carfin I Ltd 21% p.a. 2001: Return Carfin V Ltd 19% p.a, and Carfin I Ltd -1%p.a. ( investors own choice of CHF credit). 2002: return Carfin V Ltd 17% p.a. and Carfin I Lid 15% p.a. 2003: All investment companies have positive results. 2004: Established Brain Invest Brilliant Ltd Company. All Investment companies have positve results. 2005: Established Brain Invest Amber Ltd Company. All Investment companies have positve results
