2 Organization of Sofia’s Mommi
President Vice President Lead Designer Merchandising Human Resources Finance Director Sofia's Mommi will make sure costs are reduced enough to manage profits and still create quality within the operations. Costs such as employees will be looked upon greatly by making sure they are not slacking during work time. I will be the owner of the company and I will have human resources and a finance director that will be in control of the bookkeeping, bills, payroll, and Personnel files. I plan to hire a strong management team to run the boutique. The last key to my company success will be my team of trained sales associates to keep my customers happy and compensated for their contributions to the boutique. Store Managers Sales Associates

3 LEGAL T H I C A L Legal and ethical issues arise in companies between relationships of: customers, managers, employees, stockholders, suppliers, distributors, and the community. Managers need to be watched because there of the opportunity to steal. Stockholders want control over the company their money is invested in and demand ethical actions within the company.

4 Sofia's Mommi: Ethics Sofia’s Mommi will be in front of all its obligations to those involve with the company. Sofia's Mommi reputation and what it stands for is the first mission and by giving everyone a set of rules and regulations, legal and ethical problems, if at all will be minimum and not to be tolerated. All staff will be expected to sign a code of conduct policy in their employee handbook and will have to pass a background check.

5 Business Culture In order for a business to grow and expand, a strong internal culture will be needed.

6 Our Culture: Mommy & Me fashion Show for mom and child
Sofia's Mommi’s culture is about success and teamwork. We are a “unique fashion boutique”. As our company expands we will hold Mommy and Me fashions shows which customers and their children can participate.

7 Motivations The first and most important type of motivation at Sofia's Mommi will to focus on is self actualization. People within the company are there to fulfill a vision and challenge themselves and their surrounding environment. Using Maslow’s Hierarchy, the type of motivation is evident by how the people within the company are selected.

8 Sales and Advertisement
Technology Stock Point of Sale Sales and Advertisement Technology at Sofia’s Mommi will be used to make business much more efficient in every aspect of its daily operations. It will have a role in hiring workers, analysis, transactions, productivity, and will surely be utilized for background checks to ensure safety.

9 Human Resources Technology Training Quality Control Payroll Schedules
Our Human Resources department will make sure to filter all employees including our executive officers and other personnel to fit the criteria of the companies values and needs.

10 Operations and Material Management
The three steps process Materials Operations Goods and Services There is a three step process in regards to operations and materials management. Step 1: Input stage (raw materials, components, labor, and customers) Step 2: Operations stage (skills, knowledge, machines, experts) Step3: Output stage (Goods and Services) Our operations management will provide a strong service to our customers by having the well skilled and experience of its sales associates. Its strong focus on skills will provide a strong output and positive results.
