Fig. 1 Left groin with a cross-leg vein graft sutured to the left femoral vein. A 6 mm PTFE loop fistula is sutured to the femoral vein just below the vein graft anastomosis. It loops up to the subcutaneous tissue and back down to the common femoral artery.
