Clean and intuitive schema Interaction via REST/SQL/web UI Built-in capabilities for serious analytics using jupyter Metadata model handles FHIR extensions and allows inspection of both custom and built-in attributes

10 Creating patient with customf attr is 422, Add customf as an aidbox attr, and now we can use customf attr on patient as if it was FHIR
