Embed ‘Grow Your Group’ into training programme, delivered to a minimum of 2 Groups each year 6 New sections 170 Young People 25 adults

Pears project: 2 satellite Groups 4 new Sections 80 young people 25 adults

9 Improve Training Appoint an ADC Training within the District
Deliver more training within the District 100% of adults will have completed their "Getting Started" training in 5 months and complete the training for their wood badge within 3 years At appointments panel each new Leader to have been allocated to a Training Advisor

10 Quality Programme ≥90% of Beavers will gain Chief Scout Bronze award
≥90% of Cubs will gain Chief Scout Silver award ≥60% of Scouts will gain Chief Scout Gold Award ≥15% of Explorers will gain at least their Silver DofE or Chief Scout Diamond Award ≥15% of Network will gain there QSA/ Gold DofE

11 Inclusivity Scouting will reflect the community in which we serve.
Scout Groups & Explorer Units will have at least four girls per section.

12 Youth Shaped Support youth shaped scouting in the programme
Each Scout Group to have a minimum of 2 Young Leaders supporting each section Appoint a Youth Commissioner within the District Embed young people in local decision making Fit for purpose Young Leader Scheme

13 Support youth shaped scouting in the programme
80% of beavers will have at least termly log chew/colony forum 80% cubs will have at least termly pack forum 80% Scouts will have at least termly troop forums 80% of Explorers will have at least termly Unit planning forum 100% Network will have termly Network planning meetings

14 Support youth shaped scouting in the programme
Hold 6 monthly a Scout Forum with at least 80% of the Troops in the District represented Hold 6 monthly a District Explorer Scout Forum with at least 80% of the units in the District represented, including the YL Unit There will be a termly Network Scout Forum with at least 80% of the Network members in attendance Appoint a District Network Commissioner

15 Improve Young Leader Scheme
100% of YL’s complete module “A” within 3 months 45% of Young Leaders achieve the Young Leader buckle Deliver Ongoing Learning "The Young Leaders Scheme" at least 6 per year (5hr 20min course)

16 Community Impact Each Group / Unit will undertake 4 community impact projects each year Each Group to develop at least one relationship with a community team / partner
