Problem in life that can affect studies and well being: such as anxieties, depression, sadness, homesickness etc.
- Assistance with feelings of not coping with studies or exams.
Service includes emotional support, if you have problems in life that can affect your studies and well being: such as anxieties, depression, sadness, homesickness, and feelings of not coping with studies or exams.

4. Practical Assistance and generell information
The service also includes practical help, and information of the Health system, how to get medical assistance, information about the social security system, and in general the way things are organised here in Norway/Alta, like spare time activities, culture, climate etc.

Drop in hours: 1pm – 2pm
The counselling center here at campus Alta have the receptionist at campus Tromsø. If you need an appointment with me, you can phone or the receptionist or you can take direct contact with me for an appointment.
I will send my businesscard around. Take the card with you and dont be afraid to contact me.
