Lead Pastor Elder– Responsible for spiritual leadership of the church and over the pastoral staff
In-Reach Elder – Responsible for operations of the church including maintenance, grounds, etc.
Out-Reach Elder – Responsible for church outreach, membership, missions, etc.
Paid staff (youth, associate, worship, etc) will be selected by the Lead Pastor Elder, endorsed by the other Elders and approved by the church with majority vote.
Trustees – Legal representatives of the church. Ensure that the decisions of the congregation are carried out.
Deacons – Compassionate ministry of the church
