3. Current Use of 220 Surplus furniture, four collaboration tables
Two reservable collaboration rooms with collaboration tables and screens (in DIBs)
Library events for a campus-wide or public audience (Outlook room reservation)

4. Work of Implementation Team
Continue to solicit feedback
Work with advancement to get information to donors
Make decisions about space use and develop policies
Develop staffing model and operating budget

5. Timetable*
Fundraising and work with architects to develop specific plan (through Fall 2019)
Construction (Fall 2019-Summer 2020)
