- Supplier Form Engine – A custom form for Supplier registration can be created using dynamic form engine on the fly such that you can launch your Supplier Portal at the least possible time. Templates of various Engineering, Works & Consultancy organization can be adopted.
Supplier Migration: Existing supplier database can be migrated to the Supplier Tiger portal and they can be requested to update & upload the latest information such that you’ll have up to date information on each & every Suppliers.
Supplier Evaluation: Supplier tiger has in integrated work flow engine such that evaluation team can be do the evaluation of new supplier registration request forms & accept/reject/hold their registration.
Supplier Document Library: This can act as an repository of all supplier documents supplier does not have to upload any document time & again, and for buyers they just need to verify document just once and not for each & ever tender/auction.
Supplier Rating: Supplier can be rated on the basis of their performance such that next time supplier selection becomes easy. Supplier score can be a combination of Financial, Technical, Expertise, Experience, Delivery, Quality, Performance criteria.
Supplier Messaging: We have all messaging routes like SMS, , inbox & marquee on the portal. Further call center can provide telephonic, postal & fax notification services.
Supplier Renewal: Payment gateway can be integrated such that Supplier Registration fee/renewal fee can be managed. Further supplier can be enrolled for 1 or more years, and his registration can be further renewed on the basis of his performance.
