3 Introduction The Prince Foundation will offer high-quality living arrangements, food, education, and a future as a citizen of the United States. As the foundation holds a not for profit status our focus will not be to spend money to improve the company’s bottom line but to improve the lives of at-risk individuals throughout the country. The Prince Foundation's valuable program will help make the clients transition successfully from the streets or a battered household to school to work and back into society with life skills, which will allow them to survive on their own.

4 The Foundation’s Mission
The Prince Foundation is dedicated to providing members of the at-risk part of society with an opportunity to gain life and work experience and transferrable skills by providing this class of people with food, shelter, work, education and the ability to survive on their own and become everyday members of society who will be challenged, rewarded and respected for their individuality.

5 Short Term Goals Locate a vacant apartment, hotel or condo complex
Use this as the Foundation’s corporate hub Begin renovating a select few units Obtain Funding through grants, donations and other sources Begin housing a select few homeless people Begin to cloth, feed and start them through the Principe Program as so they may rejoin society Use funds for renovation costs, utilities, salaries, Food, clothes, and expenses

6 Long Term Goals Fill up our first complex with tenants and continue moving them through the Principe Program Continuous flow of grant money and donations Start up companies within the area to guarantee tenants work Besides life skills, we also teach them Financial & Tax Planning to help train them in paying taxes Continue this process in other locations as to franchise the Foundation

7 Benefits for At-Risk Individuals
Housing, food, clothes and security for the needy Re-education (Break down what they have already been taught and rebuild from the bottom up) Guarantee work through one of the Foundation’s local franchises Help with the At-Risk individual’s finances Continued education on how to give back to the Foundation and the community around them and society as a whole Assistance from the Foundation for Trade craft education and home ownership in the community Help finding jobs in their tradecraft Ultimately the At-Risk Individual returns to Society better prepared for the Trials and Tribulations of Life

The Foundation gets people off of the streets The Foundation uses funds to house, re-educate and employ the At-Risk population The Foundation gets these At-Risk individuals back into society These At-Risk people become employees, tax payers, renters, owners and voters

The community will not have as many people on the streets with the Foundation’s existence The community will see a dramatic downturn in the homeless population Their will be more people that can provide to the continued growth of the community by paying local taxes, working for local companies and voting in local elections

The Foundation will use funds received to re- educate At-Risk members of the community Use funds to purchase local vacant properties to house At-Risk individuals Use funds to purchase local franchises to employ tenants to help them re-enter society Use funds to help At-Risk tenants go back to school and purchase a condo or house Educate tenants on finance and help them save Educate tenants on government both local and national so they can have a complete overview on what it takes to be a true American citizen

12 Conclusion The Foundation will use Funds from the government and donations to help the community both locally and nationally by housing, re- educating and employing At-Risk individuals. The Foundation will build strategic alliances with local and national organizations, franchisors, religious organizations and the very community itself where a Foundations Center is located to help make the Prince Foundation’s mission a realty. All funds & accounts will be on-line to make all aware of how & where the money is going.
