4 Step 3. Click Adjust/Value on hand under Inventory Activities

5 Step 4. Select the Date that you count physically of your inventory

7 Step 6. Choose the Customer Job and class

8 Step 7. Type the new physical count in the column “New Qty”

9 Step 8. Click on Value Adjustment

10 Step 9. Type the new physical count in the column “New Qty”

11 Step 10. Write short description in Memo text box

12 Step 11. Click “Save & New” button to record your inventory
