You are working on a project or task and suddenly an incident happens.
Incident
Now you have to deal with this distraction so that your original project can continue.

4. It’s up to you decide how you will respond:
If you are starting to think about how to respond in the middle of the incident, then you are too late.

5. Emergency Management Risk = Hazard x Vulnerability
Look at the risks/hazards that could apply to our project/task
