It is possible to translate individual slides, individual lectures and the full Supercourse.  This can be done with Google Translate for text, web site address or document. 
This will give possibility for scientists to have access to knowledge by their native language.

SuperCourse is a repository of PowerPoint lectures on global health and science designed to improve the teaching of prevention. Supercourse has a network of about 2 million scientists in 174 countries who are sharing for free a library of more than 6,000 lecture in 33 languages represented.

The purpose of this lecture to outline resources of Supercourse and accessibility of materials for translating into different languages.
Some Supercourse and research methods pages already translated into 33 languages. One of the lecture (Ebola outbreak) translated into 13 languages by native speakers,
but current lecture is outlining the automatic options for translation of Supercourse and other materials.
Translation can be done both on the slides and the annotations.

We created this page with combination of three lectures with official translations, translations by native speakers and translations by Google Translate. Definition was translated into 83 different languages so far. Automatic translations are not too bad, and likely can easily be polished, definitely for Spanish and Russian.

Usual procedure during manual translating went with copying and pasting translated text into/out Google Translate or other translators.

Microsoft Translator is an alternative especially if one wants only to prepare a lecture without putting it on the web. Presentation Translator –is an add-in for PowerPoint (Windows only). Presentation Translator displays live, translated subtitles as you speak while giving audience members the opportunity to follow along in their own language on their own device.
