The majority of room scheduling (classrooms, conference rooms, meeting spaces, etc.) for the Oakland campus is done using the online Campus Schedule tool: For more information and Campus Schedule training resources go to:

3. Classroom Reservations—Oakland
Classroom space is made available for reservation in the Campus Schedule system approximately six weeks prior to the start of an academic term.

4. Conference Room Reservations
Most conference/meeting rooms on the Oakland campus can be reserved via the online Campus Schedule tool: Exceptions include: Health Sciences Simulation Center (HSSC) conference rooms.

5. HSSC Conference Room Reservations
Health Sciences Simulation Center (HSSC) Conference room reservations in the HSSC are handle by Kevin Archibald x 7516).

6. Reserving “Premium” Rooms
Reservations for “premium” meeting spaces in the Health Education Center building (including the Bechtel Room, Atrium, and the Fontaine Auditorium) can be made via the Campus Schedule tool. Reservations can be made up to two months in advance. If you need to reserve a room more than two months in advance from today’s date, contact Margrette Peterson
