Minimize Weaknesses- How can management minimize the weaknesses.
Capitalize on Opportunities-How can capitalization opportunities occur within the external environment.
Neutralize Threats- How can the organization neutralize the threats that are occurring form the within the external environment.

5. Mid-Term Review Here is some information about the Midterm.
This Midterm covers TCO(s) 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7; Chapters 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, and Appendix: Entrepreneurial Ventures.
This Midterm is worth 140 total points, which include the following questions:
6 multiple choice questions at 5 points each;
5 short answer questions at 10 points each; and
4 essay questions at 15 points each.
You have 2 hours and 30 minutes to finish the Midterm.
When the time limit is reached, you will automatically be exited from the exam.
