Develop recommendations that engender: flexibility, regional responsiveness, partnership with industry, and student portability Read scope BOG emphasis is flexibility, regional responsiveness, partnership with industry, and student portability members: ½ of whom are reps of internal constituency groups; ½ are stakeholder groups that depend on the community colleges for workforce training
