News Flash: Expect long delays at peak travel seasons such as May Day holiday. By Boat/ship Dalian has regular passenger boat services to many cities.In addition to the frequent fast ferry boats to Yantai, there are slower boats to Shanghai, Qinhuangdao and Inchon in Korea. News Flash: The road repairs have increased the amount on ships carrying goods. As the traffic is so busy, the number of passenger boats and ferries has been reduced. Expect cancellation or redirecting to another port.
