Leveling the playing field for all WMS students

7. AIG Students who were AIG in 5th grade continue AIG in middle school.
Students who qualified at the end of the year will be notified.

T-dap (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis)
Tetanus shot (within the last five years)
Proof from a doctor must be provided confirming date vaccine was given
If proof is not provided by the 30th day of school, your child will be excluded until the information is received
