Customs Offices in Use: 14 offices in Turkey İzmir, Gürbulak, Derince, Gebze, Halkalı, Mersin, Ege Serbest Bölge, Adana, Gaziantep, Erenköy, Dilovası, İzmit, Manisa, Yalova The way forward: -success of the pilot Project should pave the way for expansion---Full operation -Need to form a solid Legal Basis: Best option: adoption of Draft Annex 11 to TIR Convention Second best option: conclusion of a Bilateral Agreement
