1 All what you should know if you want be healthy.

2 Food is very important. We should consume only valuable food. The best idea is to eat five meals a day, every three hours, the last one at about 7 p.m.

3 Forget: An apple a day keeps a doctor away! Fruit and vegetalbes have got lots of vitamins, minerals and fibre. You should eat about three fruit and four vegetables a day.

4 Milk, yogurt, cheese, egg... Theyre dairy products. They comprise proteins. You should eat two meals with dairy products.

5 All of your meals should convist of corn products, because its basic of your daily food. Corn products are: flour, bread, macaroni and cereal.

6 Meat is important, too. But you must forget, it comprise a lot of grease. You should eat only one meal with meat a day.

7 Sport in you life is very important. If you want be healthful, slim and powerful, you must make sport. Go walk, play ball, swim, ride a bike or horse every day.Its a basic of healthy lifestyle!

8 Avoid alcohol, cigarrettes and azess!!!
