5 Practical competence has a value
Two years of experiences from a (relevant) workplace equates one year of a university study It requires a special and differentiated kind of teaching process Practical experiences are the link between the academic world and the workplace and improve the transfer process Valuing practical experiences have a lifelong perspective

6 Problem oriented teaching methods focusing on transfer of knowledge
The foremost purpose of education is to supply the students with the ability to act qualified in contexts To act qualified means to find relevant solutions og problem Accordingly the university must train students to identify and to solve relevant problems And to train tranfer of the new knowledge to new situations

7 Frame of understanding
Flexibility in the total academic process Academic grades could be based on practical experiences Problem based learning processes focusing on training transfer of knowledge Thank you for your attention!
