4. Create a mosaic experiment of an Aztec pattern
Things to remember…
Sketch out a basic plan first
Cut a strip of colour paper first and then cut it into squares
Apply glue to the little square- not the background
Follow the lines of the pattern with the square- changing their angle
Use only blue, green, red and black.

5. Create a Mosaic Aztec mask

Paint the mask
Sketch out a basic plan
Cut a strip of colour paper first and then cut it into squares
Apply glue to the little square- not the background
Follow the shape of the mask with the squares- changing their angle so that they move with the form of the mask
Don’t forget the teeth!
