2 VirtualHealth Rollout
VirtualHealth go-live is October 29! CMIS will “go dark” on October 25 but will be available for several months in a read-only format Many patient files and associated documents will be migrated to VH There are no major changes to the OBCM and CC4C programs themselves Documentation workflow will change Patient care will not change

Project Status is officially out of Red and in Yellow status 17 Work Packages have been completed All Day 1 Work Packages are either completed or in flight First Mock Data Migration has been completed Completing end to end review of VH workflow Training project plan finalized Core Trainers selected Monthly webinars and FAQ documents disseminated User Satisfaction baseline survey completed Prioritized post-Day 1 Work Packages to continue without loss of momentum

10 VH Rollout for OBCM: Training Plan
CCNC is organizing separate training sessions for OBCM teams, which will occur between 9/24/18 – 10/19/18 Dates/locations were shared via OBCM newsletter in early August Goal is for no one to travel more than 2 hours to training from any county, and for most to travel much less 5 OBCM-specific Core Trainers will lead all OBCM trainings, supported by OBCM- specific Training Champions OBCM Training Champions include network OB Nurse Coordinators, DPH Regional Social Work Consultants, and some OBCM team members from large counties 30 OBCM Training Champions CCNC is organizing 2-3 training sessions in early September for OBCM Training Champions (Raleigh, Charlotte), to be led by OBCM Core Trainers

12 VH Rollout for CC4C CC4C will run separate VH training sessions for CC4C teams in September and October CC4C Core Trainers include DPH Regional Nurse Consultants and one network CC4C lead CC4C Training Champions include network CC4C leads and several local CC4C team members CC4C Training Champions will attend network-sponsored Champion training CC4C training dates/locations were shared with local health departments and network CC4C leads in July

How are LHDs supporting the VH rollout? Ensuring teams attend mandatory 2-day training Hosting trainings Lunch?? Providing Training Champions Training Champions will serve as a resource during September/October training sessions and on an ongoing basis not only to their home county but to sister counties

Provide team members with “desk time” to use VH training site before and after VH training session Provide team members with time in early November to reorganize their caseloads in VH
