So… For ‘veel’, you’ve got to remember the following: Is it an affirmative (bevestigende) sentence? Yes? a lot of No? It must be an interrogative (vragende) or negative (ontkennende) sentence! Is it countable (telbaar)? many Is it uncountable (ontelbaar)? much
16
And… For ‘weinig’, you’ve got to remember the following: Is it countable (telbaar)? few a few Is in uncountable (telbaar)? little a little negative positive ‘weinig’ ‘een paar’ negative positive ‘weinig’ ‘een beetje’
17
Mind! If you talk about ‘ik’ in English, always write ‘I’ with a capital letter. So, no ‘i’ but ‘I’! The words ‘je’, ‘jij’ or ‘jullie’ are always spelled you. Three letters. Don’t turn a word into one letter!!! Please, please, please, don’t write ‘wanna’ (= want to) or ‘gonna’ (= going to) or something like that. You can say it, but not write it. It is grammatically incorrect. Good luck studying!
