2 Određivanje intenziteta disanja tla
- intenzitet disanja tla ili organskih gnojiva odnosno količinu izdvajanja CO2 moguće je mjeriti hvatanjem izdvojenog ugljičnog dioksida u predložak s NaOH koristimo svježe uzorke tla ili organskih gnojiva mase 50 g provodimo dvodnevnu inkubaciju uzoraka tla Projekt financira Europska unija. 3 Određivanje intenziteta disanja tla
- izdvajanje CO2 u svim uzorcima mjeriti u tri ponavljanja tijekom 48 sati u potpunom mraku ukoliko rezultate intenziteta disanja izražavamo prema suhoj tvari, u uzorcima svježeg tla ili organskog gnojiva prije analize odrediti trenutnu vlažnost Projekt financira Europska unija. 4 u predložak nakon 48 sati dodati 5 ml 20% otopine BaCl2
Postupak odvagati 50 g tla u hermetički zatvorenu bocu volumena 500 do 1000 ml uz uzorak tla postaviti predložak s 10 ml 0,2 M NaOH u predložak nakon 48 sati dodati 5 ml 20% otopine BaCl2 provesti titraciju preostale lužine s 0,1 M HCl uz dvije do tri kapi indikatora (1 % alkoholna otopina timolftaleina) za slijepu probu kao uzorak koristiti 100 g kvarcnog pijeska Projekt financira Europska unija. 5 Za izračun oslobođenog CO2(mg) koristi se formula:
mg CO2 = (a – b) × F a = ml kiseline za titraciju lužine u slijepoj probi, b = ml kiseline za titraciju lužine u uzorku, F = faktor ovisan o molaritetu HCl (2,2 za 0,1 M HCl ili 22 za 1 M HCl, budući je 22 ekvivalent mase CO2) volumen i molaritet lužine (umjesto NaOH može biti i KOH) prilagoditi intenzitetu izdvajanja CO2 molaritet HCl ovisi o molaritetu NaOH Projekt financira Europska unija.
