This modern five bedroom south facing villa with guest cottage sits in a prime position close to a lagoon and offers stunning views over the bay and ocean from every bedroom.

4. The Villa
Recently built this villa, though modern, has been designed with character, the central curved atrium in particular, providing a striking central feature. Classical columns face the exterior of the atrium and are topped by cris-cross balustrades, reminiscent of the gingerbread styling of the traditional, colonial properties.

5. Interior
Well equipped and fully fitted kitchen with filtered water, a breakfast bar and large cooker incorporating two timed ovens, five hobs, a grill and a hotplate. The large dining room leading naturally from the kitchen, with French windows seats up to 12 guests, has a vaulted ceiling and stunning views over the garden. The whole house is filled with light through the numerous sets of French windows around the property.

9. Bedrooms
The five air conditioned en-suite bedrooms all have south facing balconies with panoramic views over the bay beneath. Three of the bedrooms are double, two are currently arranged as twin rooms. The bedrooms all open onto the sun deck and pool area, the floors are tiled, have high ceilings and French windows welcoming in the cooling sea breezes and sweet garden aromas.

10. Set in two acres of landscaped gardens filled with a variety of tropical shrubs offering both shade, color and private access to the beach. The crystal clear pool is saline, balanced with naturally produced chlorine and is surrounded by decks with a gazebo at each end of the pool providing respite from the Grenadian sun, and two venues for Al Fresco dining. A work room and large water tank are also located discreetly by the pool area. A self contained cottage is set among the gardens providing accommodation for a further two guests.
