Exercise or walk 3-4 times a week Use a method for relaxing and switching off Maintain a good sleep routine with 7-9 hours sleep Maintain a good diet: 3 meals a day and plenty of water Use a positive motto or attitude that peps you up Maintain social contacts and hobbies/interests Develop self-awareness about what works well for you Now to intro’s I will get us started.
