Form Model The form model provides four options:
Form Data Model (for back-end data integration sources such as RDBMS, User Profile, RESTful service) Form Templates (for converting XFA/XDP-based form templates into adaptive forms) Schema (Uses an XSD/XML file for XML and JSON-based models). None (no Model or Document of Record; flat files)
