5. 1.2. Enter your Coordinator number (ID) Click the [Next] - button

10. 2.2. Enter the e-mail address of the merchant (the one you used when registering during step 1 and the password you created for the merchant). Click the [Login] - button

11. [Merchant > Backoffice > Dashboard] touch: POS Freischaltung 2.3. Merchant Backoffice > Dashboard Click the [Management] - tab Select and click [Meine Stores]

13. 2.5. Fill out the coordinates of the store and name as appear on FlexApp for customers. 2.6. Two variants of possible discounts (example: Discount 1 / Discount 2 only on saturdays) Enter the discount doubled (10% if 5% for the client) 2.7. Enter the phone, website and email of the merchant 2.8. Bring a detailed description of the merchant to tempt customers to visit him. Mention the opening hours and conditions.

16. 3.1. Merchant Backoffice > Dashboard Click the [Management] - tab Select and click [POS Freischaltung]

17. 3.2. Enter the package number and any card number of the supplied cards. (Where you will find these – please see next site) Click the [Next] - button

18. 3.3. Here you find the Paketnummer 14-digit number under the barcode 3.3. Here you find the Card number of one of the delivered FlexCards.

20. 4.1. Start up Press the button [ON / OFF] to start the FlexPOS 4S The button is located next bottom left, just below the [Volume] - control button.

21. 4.2. Access to the Android operating system To terminate the FlexKom Terminal app and get access to the Android system, enter the following password: aaa then touch OK Code: aaa

22. 4.3. Home screen To get an internet access touch [Settings]

23. 4.4. Touch [Install Wifi]

24. 4.5. Install Wifi Select the Wifi network of the merchant and enter the password.

25. 4.6. Install Wifi Now connected Touch [Back]

26. 4.7. Enter Login data Enter the ID number of the merchant. This number appears in the back office at the top of the screen next to its name. (see example on page 11) Then enter the password you created during the registration. (The same password that allows to access the merchant backoffice)

27. 4.8. Home menu [Checkout] Used to access the display to enter the amount charged to the customer and then assign or retrieve the Flexmoney. [QR Invitation] QR-Code displayed by the merchant to join for new customers. [Check Balance] Checks the amount of FlexMoney on the FlexCard. [Settings] Choose the language / synchronize POS bluetooth with a printer / lock screen. [Logout] To exit the FlexKom-TerminalApp.

28. Options [FlexCard Collect] If the customer wishes to collect his FlexMoney using his FlexCard. [FlexApp Collect] If the customer wishes to collect his FlexMoney using smartphone and FlexApp. [FlexCard Pay] If the customer wishes to pay his purchase with his reserve FlexMoney of using FlexCard. [FlexApp Pay] If the customer wishes to pay his purchase with his reserve FlexMoney of using smartphone and FlexApp. 4.9. Payment menu Enter the amount billed to the customer

29. 4.10. For FlexApp-User "FlexApp Collect" / "FlexApp Pay" options The FlexPOS generates a QR-code on the screen. The customer uses the integrated FlexApp QR-Code-scanner to scan the QR-Code on the FlexPOS and collect FlexMoney or pay his purchase with the remaining FlexMoneys.

30. 1) Touch on the button [Scan QR-Code] then pass the QR-Code of the FlexCard in front of the FlexPOS-camera. 2) The 16-digit-number of the FlexCard appears on the screen, therefore the POS recognized the owner of the FlexCard. 3) Touch on the button [Submit] to validate the operation so that the customer retrieves his FlexMoney. 4.11. Collect FlexMoney with FlexCard Option "FlexCard Collect" If the Customer wishes to use his FlexCard to collect his surrender as FlexMoney, then it suffices to the merchant to choose the "FlexCard Collect" option

31. 1) Touch on the button [Scan QR-Code] then pass the QR-Code of the FlexCard in front of the FlexPOS-camera. 2) The 16-digit-number of the FlexCard appears on the screen, therefore the FlexPOS recognized the owner of the FlexCard. 3) Enter the 4-digit PIN (Card-PIN) 4) Touch on the [Submit] - button 4.12. PAY with FlexCard Option "FlexCard Pay" If the Customer wishes to use his FlexCard to pay for the purchase with existing reserve FlexMoney. The merchant have to enter the amount of the purchase and choose the "FlexCard Pay" option. FlexPOS asks the 16-digit-number of the card or it offers simply to scan the QR-code on the back of the card to identify the number automatically.

32. 4.13. Logout of the FlexKom-TerminalApp Touch the [Logout] - button Touch [OK] to confirm
