ActiveDevelop realized a great deal of revenue was lost because of a lack of coordination of its time logging, particularly for short or unscheduled consultations. Without an integrated system for tasks to be logged, synced and shared with the team, invoicing required several steps during which project workflow was interrupted. This meant it was all too easy for billable hours to be forgotten and revenue to be lost.
