2 Select your library from the drop down

3 Click on “New” 1 Select “Content” 2

4 Select the “IFC_EXT_Design” library in order to locate the Video AT template

5 Select the “Video AT” template
1 Click “OK” 2

6 Enter Name. This is a unique identifier that will not appear on your page. Use only alphanumeric characters. No Special Characters 1 Enter Display Title. This will be displayed as the title for the video 2 Enter Description. This is optional field. 3

7 Tag the content by clicking on “Select Category”

8 Select the Page where the content should be tagged
Click “OK”

9 Click “OK” to confirm the tag(s) otherwise, select “Add” to tag it to more areas

10 Enter the length of video, this is optional field.
Enter the Video publish date and time. This is a optional field. Insert a Thumbnail image by clicking on “Browse”. This will be displayed on the Video list. The image size should be 280 X 160 pixels

11 The image size should be 280 X 160 pixels
Select your image The image size should be 280 X 160 pixels 1 Click “Open” 2

12 Enter the link to the video in the “Type a URL” box
Enter the link to the video in the “Type a URL” box. The video link should be in the following format. "//

13 Scroll up (or down) to locate the Save options.
Select any of the Save options.

14 You will be prompted to select a site area to save the content(note that all new content items created have to be linked to a site area) Select your library 1 Expand the sections within this library until you reach the section you want to save this page in 2 Click “OK” 3

15 Displays the confirmation saying the content was saved and the location saved.

16 Locate & Preview

17 Go to the webpage where the content is tagged and locate the content.
Click on thumbnail image, to display the video on top of this screen.
