2. Shifts: Rule 7-2-6
Rule 2-39: 1 or more A players moving to take a new position after taking a set position
Moving includes player’s head, hands, feet, or body
Rule 7-2-6: If A shifts, they must be completely stationary for 1 second before ball is snapped
Illegal shift is live ball foul at the snap

Player in motion may not be toward B’s goal line
Motion must be 5 yards behind LOS, if the player did not start from a position clearly behind the LOS and established themselves as a Back by setting for 1 second
Illegal motion is live ball foul at the snap
