14 Our Aims We will work together to nurture and inspire a future generation of enlightened leaders committed to generating and mobilising new insights across scholarly, professional and public communities. Our doctoral graduates will be capable, caring, ethical & reflective professionals. They will be alert to their influence and impact as knowledge makers, co-creators and connectors and guided in their actions by what we stand for: Respect, Integrity, Creativity, and Collaboration. They will be champions for arts and humanities research, demonstrating through their work the value of arts and humanities to society, industry and other disciplines.
