State if the evidence is sufficient to support the claim. “Certain countries are unwilling or unable to help climate refugees. The United Nations group of countries cannot agree to support the refugees. The United States is not accepting many refugees, period. Australia does not want to have to pay for their support if they move to their country. And China would rather continue to grow their businesses than take blame for their hand in climate change leading to refugees.”

Should others accept the term “climate refugee”? 3. Should larger countries who started carbon pollution the most (like the United States) be paying for the damages caused by climate change? 4.
