3 Where do mambas live? They live in a hot habitat.
Mambas live in Africa. Black and green mambas live in different habitats. Black mambas slide through savannahs.

They live in tree stumps, and even between rocks. Green mambas live on trees in tropical rain forests. They hide among leaves and branches. Hundreds of green mambas can live in one tree.

5 Mambas And How They Look
Mambas can be short, long, smart, or dumb. Well I’m going to teach you about how they look. Mambas can be green or brown. Green mambas have bright green skin. Black mambas are gray or brown they get their name from the black inside their mouth. Mambas are long snakes.

Black mambas can grow up to 14 feet long. Green mambas can grow up to 5 to 9 feet long. Mambas are a type of poisonous snake. They have smooth skin covered with scales. Mambas have large eyes.

7 Mambas And Their Behavior
Mambas have a weird behavior. They use their sight to hunt for food. They also stick out their forked tongues to smell when they hunt. The pick up the scent of squirrels, birds, and other prey. Mambas stretch their jaws wide to swallow their prey whole.

Mambas use their speed to escape danger. Black mambas attack if they can’t escape. They flatten their necks and raise the front of their bodies off the ground.
