Dear Parents and Carers,
Class 5 - Proposed Visit to Sutton Coldfield Mosque – Friday 1st July 2016
To complete our Religious Education unit about Islam, it is proposed that we visit the Mosque in Sutton Coldfield on Friday 1st July The only financial burden for the visit is the cost of hiring a coach and this is estimated to be £7 per child (this figure will be confirmed once the coach is booked).
I am aware it is quite an expense at the end of the school year, I therefore request that you complete the slip below as soon as possible, and no later than Wednesday 22nd June 2016, to gauge interest. Although I have provisionally booked the coach, the company will only hold the booking until the Wednesday. A hasty return of the reply slips will allow me to analyse whether the trip is financially viable.
We will take photographs for our website and RE folder, however the Mosque had asked your permission to use some of the photographs we take. It is therefore important that you complete the slip below please.
