The overall management of the availability, usability, integrity, quality, and security of data. Data governance is both an organizational process and a structure. It establishes responsibility for data, organizing program area/agency staff to collaboratively and continuously improve data quality through the systematic creation and enforcement of policies, roles, responsibilities, and procedures. Pick a policy section, find that table Review section overview (online or on table) and template (online or on table) Complete the considerations worksheet on the table (will not be collected) Engage colleagues and TA providers as needed After 45 minutes: Share table observations with full group BRUCE and DENISE Tell audience that they can move to another policy or look through the toolkit if they end early. If they need more time, there is a second set of 45 minutes in Round 2. Encourage members to sit and work together (within C or within 619 for a particular state). If you need extra time, you can stay into the next round. If you are an early bird, feel free to join another table. Facilitator questions: What policies do you have? What procedures do you have? What levels of authority or approval are needed?
