2 Objectives Promote the use of a risk based approach in the audit planning and project selection of DG Employment. Complement existing risk assessments as regards to indicators of financial irregularities and monitor such indicators on a continuous basis. Provide tools to Member States for risk based sampling and the implementation of a consistent approach throughout Europe. Build up a better defence against fraud in ESF programs.
