Outage alert notifications on the App to keep riders informed of system issues
Vehicle re-assignment notifications to inform riders of potential delays

5. Outreach Phase 2
Distributing seat drops and adding on-hold messages to the contractor’s phone systems
Recently migrated the WMR help-line to the WMR vendor’s call center to better handle call volume
